Virtual Morphometry

On virtual biomedical objects, morphometric characteristics can be determined in one, two and three dimensions.

Endocast extraction

With the aid of computerized morphometric tools it is possible to quantify and visualize complex morphological features that are only qualitatively accessible with conventional methods: surface areas, object thickness and object volumes can be determined. Further, parameters such as characteristics of surface curvature can be evaluated.
