My research aims to understand vocal ontogeny in cooperatively breeding marmoset monkeys, with an emphasis on babbling behavior, in their natural habitat and ecological contexts. The latter half of my PhD hopes to expand this research to include comparisons across species with non-primate cooperative breeders.
